Juzba guarantees all our products against manufacturing defects, which will be honoured through our Returns Department on production of the sale receipt along with goods returned to us with 7 day of receipt of your order. Our guarantee is additional to and does not affect your statutory rights

We know you will be delighted with your purchase. We do appreciate, however, that sometimes you may not be. On these rare occasions, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund on your purchase if it is returned to us within 7 days from receipt. This will only be acceptable on the condition that the item is unworn, in pristine condition, with its original packaging and all relevant receipts and documentation. This does not include customised jewellery items or special orders and does not affect your statutory rights.

Providing that the above mentioned conditions are met, an exchange or refund of your purchase can be done by returning your goods to the address below. Please note that you are responsible for the postage costs for returning any items. Please obtain a proof of postage from your postage provider.

Please allow 30 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Juzba is committed to providing you with exceptional customer service.Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of placing it. You must then return your ordered item(s) to us within 15 days of purchase. Customised jewellery items are excluded from this. For all other items we will pay a full refund of the purchase price of the returned item(s) excluding delivery costs. Alternatively, we will exchange the item (excluding customised jewellery items) for another product up to the value of the purchase price.

If you have paid with Paypal, Paypal are happy to pay for your return shipping cost. Simply activate this service through your Paypal account.

Our returns policy does not extend to sale items, if you wish to return a sale item, you can do so until 7 working days after the day on which you received your item(s).

If an item is deemed to be defective by us:

  1. For items excluding customised jewellery we will refund your purchase price of the item(s) returned.
  2. For customised jewellery items, where the item can be altered or the defect can be remedied, we will fix the problem and return the item to you. If the defect cannot be remedied we will either exchange the item or provide a refund of the purchase price.

Refunds will usually be made using the same method that you used when purchasing your items.
